My name is Tracy Gale and I’m the owner of the Tracy Gale Agency in Sparks, NV. It is important for my customers to know that we have you covered at our agency.
Here is the how and why:
We care about our customers. When we hire new staff, they begin knowing and understanding the mission: To provide exemplary customer service and education to our customers while being very transparent about the insurance industry.
My journey began in 2021 when our very good friend wanted to retire from his Allstate agency. I had run a few businesses before, but it was all in the office management, bookkeeping, accounting and tax industries. My husband who is a life insurance agent suggested I look in to it. I did, and here we are.
I discovered that I really love the insurance industry, especially the Property and Casualty side. Although it is a mandatory insurance policy to hold in most states, I have seen first hand where it is a necessity. I love the protection it gives to individuals and families to help protect their assets during a time of uncertainty.
I’m looking forward to the future. Although the insurance industry has its ups and downs, I am looking forward to the changes and plan to embrace them as they come. I love when people call in for a quote and even if they decide not to become our client, everyone hangs up with a better understanding of their coverages and what is available to them. When we come across shoppers, we are always willing to take a look at what they are getting and give them a full run down of what it all means.
I was fortunate to earn a ring in my 2nd year of my business. Honor Ring is the award that goes with this actual ring I get to wear with pride. Our small staff has always been the driving force behind our success.
I love being involved in my community. I am passionate about giving to those who need it the most: Single moms, women who are recovering from addiction and women who have experienced trafficking. I also am passionate about our community’s men coming out of the prison system or coming out of addiction and who want to make a life for themselves need a hand and help.
I have served as the anti-trafficking chair at our Salvation Army, Treasurer of Ridge House (men transitioning out of prison), advisory board of The Salvation Army, Founder and President of the Soroptimist International of Sparks club, and volunteered for Res-Que a local non profit that finds homes for our animal community that need love and shelter.
I am a loving mother of two girls, Megan and Sarra and the most fantastic mother-in-law to Ryan and Mark (they think so too). I am most fortunate to be a grandmother of 4 who are legitimately my purpose in life. I love being involved with their sports, school and just love to hang out with them.
